The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.
CONTACT FORM
If you contact us using the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
BOOKING DATA
We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the booking process and for subsequent contract processing, the webshop operator stores the IP data of the connection owner within the framework of cookies, as well as the e-mail address, name and, if applicable, credit card number of the buyer.
In addition, the following data is also stored by us for the purpose of processing the contract: Flight details, telephone number, pick-up and destination address, details of the number of persons to be transported or special requests (skis, child seats, luggage etc.). The data provided by you is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. We cannot conclude the contract with you without this data. Data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing bank/payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.
After canceling the booking process, the data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years).
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for contract performance) of the GDPR.
ACCESS DATA
The website operator or site provider collects data about access to the site and stores it as "server log files". The following data is logged in this way:
- Website visited
- Time of access
- Amount of data sent in bytes
- Source/reference from which you accessed the page
- Browser used
- Operating system used
- IP address used
The data collected is used solely for statistical analysis and to improve the website. However, the website operator reserves the right to check the server log files retrospectively if there are concrete indications of unlawful use.
COOKIES
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.
We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases.
If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be restricted.
WEB-ANALYSIS
This website uses the "Google Analytics" service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to analyze website usage by users. The service uses "cookies" - text files that are stored on your end device. The information collected by the cookies is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
IP anonymization is used on this website. The IP address of users is truncated within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area. This shortening eliminates the personal reference of your IP address. As part of the contract data agreement that the website operators have concluded with Google Inc., the latter uses the information collected to compile an analysis of website use and website activity and provides services associated with Internet use.
You have the option of preventing cookies from being stored on your device by making the appropriate settings in your browser. There is no guarantee that you will be able to access all functions of this website without restrictions if your browser does not allow cookies.
You can also use a browser plugin to prevent the information collected by cookies (including your IP address) from being sent to Google Inc. and used by Google Inc. The following link will take you to the corresponding plugin: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA PLUGINS
This website uses Facebook social plugins, which are operated by Facebook Inc. (1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA). The integrations can be recognized by the Facebook logo or the terms "Like", "Like", "Share" in the Facebook colors (blue and white). Information on all Facebook plugins can be found in the following link: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/
The plugin establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook servers. The website operator has no influence whatsoever on the nature and scope of the data that the plugin transmits to the Facebook Inc. servers. You can find information on this here: https://www.facebook.com/help/186325668085084
The plugin informs Facebook Inc. that you, the user, have visited this website. There is a possibility that your IP address will be saved. If you are logged into your Facebook account during your visit to this website, this information will be linked to it.
If you use the functions of the plugin - for example by sharing or "liking" a post - the corresponding information is also transmitted to Facebook Inc.
If you would like to prevent Facebook. Inc. from linking this data to your Facebook account, please log out of Facebook before visiting this website.
This website also uses the "+1" button from Google Plus. This is operated by Google Inc (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). If you visit a page that contains the "+1" button, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Google servers. The website operator therefore has no influence whatsoever on the nature and scope of the data that the plugin transmits to the Google Inc. servers. If you click on the "+1" button while you are logged into Google +, you share the content of the page on your public profile.
According to Google Inc., personal data is only collected when you click on the button. The IP address is also stored for logged-in Google users. If you would like to prevent Google Inc. from storing this data and linking it to your account, please log out before visiting this website.
Information on the "+1" button can be found here: https://developers.google.com/+/web/buttons-policy.
This website also uses Twitter platforms. These are operated by Twitter Inc (795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). If you visit a page that contains such a button, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Twitter servers. The website operator therefore has no influence over the nature and scope of the data that the plugin transmits to the Twitter Inc. servers.
According to Twitter Inc., only your IP address is collected and stored.

YOUTUBE
Our website uses the provider YouTube LLC , 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, represented by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, to embed videos. Normally, when you access a page with embedded videos, your IP address is sent to YouTube and cookies are installed on your computer. However, we have integrated our YouTube videos with the extended data protection mode (in this case, YouTube still contacts Google's Double Click service, but according to Google's privacy policy, personal data is not evaluated). This means that YouTube no longer stores any information about visitors unless they watch the video. If you click on the video, your IP address is transmitted to YouTube and YouTube learns that you have watched the video. If you are logged in to YouTube, this information will also be assigned to your user account (you can prevent this by logging out of YouTube before watching the video).
We have no knowledge of and no influence on the possible collection and use of your data by YouTube. Further information can be found in YouTube's privacy policy at www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/. We also refer you to our general description in this privacy policy for the general handling and deactivation of cookies.
YOUR RIGHTS
In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
